I would like to clear away doubt about puzzle Paravan. I am not sure do I understand the rules, or it is just bad example. In first row, why between numbers 5 and 4 is black cell, why not number 1? It is important because itís also an optimization puzzle.

"A digit can see others in a straight line until its view is blocked with a black cell." So, number 1 won't block the sight and 4 and 5 will see each other. And Paravan's law prohibits it! smile

An addition to the rules of Rotational Sudoku:   All digits in one region should be different.
