This number must be exactly equal to the sum of all turned disks and must be the smallest of all the numbers, which can be formed following these rules. All painted parts of the disks must be used to form the number. Disks can be turned only clockwise. For each 90-degree turn of a disk, add the digit on it (1 through 6) to your sum.
